How many days in advance do I need to reserve my car?

We recommend that you book your car at least 2 weeks in advance. During the high season, Budget Car Rentals may become sold out. We will accept reservations up to your arrival date.

What are refueling terms?

Vehicles have full fuel tanks when they pick up their rental and should be also full when they are returned. Anything less than a full tank when returned will be charged to the client.

Will my car be available at the airport or other pick up location?

Yes, either your car or a shuttle will be waiting for you at the airport. If you prefer hotel drop off, select Hotel Option on the reservation form. (See the home page for a list of other locations.) You will need to return your vehicle no less than two hours before your departure time.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Any changes to reservations will be made upon request at no additional charge. A non-refundable deposit applies to all reservations. However, we do offer travel insurance should you want to protect yourself in the case of an unexpected change of plans. What is the minimum age required to rent a car?

Drivers must be over 25 years old and present a valid drivers license.

Are car seats available?

Yes, child booster seats are available for $5.00 a day or $35 week

Can I add additional drivers?

Yes, additional drivers may operate the vehicle. Inquire about terms and pricing with our staff.

Is service provided in the case of a flat tire or possible problems?

Call Budget Car Rental if you need any roadside assistance and we will help you.

Is there a mileage charge?

The rate includes unlimited mileage on the rental vehicle.
